The innovative Door Knocking System was created by Phil Nordella.
Phil became a realtor in 1993 in Santa Clarita, California. By 1995, after developing and implanting his Door Knocking System, he won top realtor in his office (Realty Executives – Newhall/Valencia office), beating out over 140 other agents. Also contributing to his real estate sales success was his producing a series of commercials that were very successful and profitable. Phil became a co-owner in 1998 and started a real estate school within the company. Between aggressive recruiting and personally training the new agents, his franchise has grown to four offices and almost five hundred agents. In 2003 his company was the number on Realty Executives in the world. In 2005 his company’s sales were over 1.85 billion dollars. Having so much success in teaching his new agents the Complete Real Estate Door Knocking System, he developed this program to offer to realtors across the country.
