A cozy newly renovated cottage nestled above the west side of “Little Lake” with direct lake access, will accommodate 4 adults plus children with two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a futon, an oversized laundry room with bunk cots will sleep two children, two bathrooms, living room, eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, a large screened in porch with a day bed will sleep two more people, ceiling fan, comfortable seating and a picnic table. A large yard with a seated fire pit area is great for grilling or just sitting by the fire. The rental includes a canoe, and gas grill with many other amenities. The Lake has a boat launch and is well known in the area for great fishing. The location is in close proximity to many wineries, Watkins Glen International Speedway, Corning Glass Museum, Cornell University and Ithaca College, Hillendale Golf Course and much more. |
