Our contemporary self-catering Athens vacation rental, located on the 5th and 6th floors of a brand new building is the perfect European home for your stay in downtown Athens. With two bedrooms and two full baths, this cozy and efficient furnished rental offers a full American style kitchen, a quad bedroom with two Queen beds and a triple bedroom with a double and a twin bed, and two full baths, one with an American style bath/shower combo and the other with a glass enclosed shower. The open floor plan living room area features our "floating" island table, which seats 2 to 6 guests, great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, although most of our guests find themselves dining al fresco on the main veranda off of the living room. A second level veranda offers a place to contemplate the day, while sipping a glass of wine or ouzo under the illuminated tiny church of St George Lykavittos. |

| The American style kitchen has been stocked for us, and we love to cook, so we know that you'll find everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal with the fresh finds you'll discover at our 3 times a week neighborhood farmers market (the Laiki, in Greek). We've got a full size fridge, already stocked with cold water on your arrival, as well as our signature ouzo bar. There's a full size oven and cermanic cooktop, a microwave and toaster oven, blender, coffeemake and plenty of pots and pans, as well as table service for up to 10 guests. There's a flat screen TV and DVD player, a small DVD library, a laptop for your use as well as wired and wireless high speed internet. To top it all off, we'll help you stay in touch with friends and family with our free unlimited international long distance phone service. We challenge you to find this amenity anywhere else! For our North American guests we've also included a charging area for your US electronics, as well as an IPOD deck. Our bookshelves are packed with a nice supply of maps, guidebooks and novels, mostly Greece and travel related, to help you get into the spirit of your Greek holiday. |
