2009 Newly Renovated - The first floor has an open floor plan with the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen area. Ocean side rooms all have a view of the ocean on all floors. The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper sofa, and 42 inch TV/DVD, Internet. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Queens, and 1 Bunk Bed Set. The first floor bathroom has handicapped accessible, bars in room and stand up shower stall with bar and built in chair and there are high toilets throughout house. There is a mudroom with utility sink, washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/baking gear. There is a ice cream maker, slushie cone maker, bread maker, coffee maker, and many assorted dishes and plates for entertaining, along with stemware, and cocktail glassware. The fridge is a 36 inch and has an icemaker and a filtered water machine. Pets are to kept on the first floor only, and not allowed on rooftop deck. The second floor has a second Living Room with Ocean and Bay Views, 60 inch big screen TV/DVD, Large Rocker to lullaby babies, and Queen Sleeper Sofa, Double Sleeper, single Bean Bag Couch. This is a spectacular sunny room in the day. There are 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a King Size Bed, amazing Ocean Views with wrap around windows facing beach, a sitting room with game table, and etched stain glass French Doors. There is a Queen Size bed on bayside, a full bathroom. There is a Fourth Floor Roof Deck with Panoramic Ocean and Bay Views including sights of Atlantic City, LBI Bridge, Barnegat Lighthouse, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, and miles of the Island itself, the night skyline is Captivating with lights, and makes a Family Vacation for Fourth Of July Weekend Awesome, with no need to go anywhere but upstairs with the family to see the Fireworks Display on LBI and Surrounding towns. The front yard has a nice garden that attracts many birds and butterflies for your wildlife fix while you are away from your feeders if any. The front lot parks 3 cars for your needs, and 3 up ally if needed. The back yard has 2 Large Dining Tables, Clothesline, Gas Grill and Outdoor Shower with bench. The Back of the Second and Third floor is for the Property Managers Use Locked Out with Private Back Step Entrance, and 2 reserved spots parking on right side of front lot. |

There are 5 great restaurants in walking distant. Kubel's Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks and appetizer specials daily at 4pm-7pm, great food, and take out. Joey's Pizza great family place with large Itailian menu and take out, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults, Pinzaminno's BYOB Italian Rest., and a Country Market/Deli, 2 Ice Cream Shops, all in a 7 block walk. At the end of our street there are 2 surf shops. Brighton Beach Surf shop rents surf/chairs/beach etc. and offers daily lessons to teach you to surf,and skimboard, and many things to buy,the other Acme Surf and Skate rents bikes, and items to buy. There is an Acme market 10 blocks, and the country market 7 blocks away. A post office is 10 block away, Tee shirt shop, Pottery Shop, Oceanside Bait and Tackle for your fishing needs, and Wizard of Odds Antiques. At the Acme there is a 4 plex stadium seating movie theater. The Bay Beach is 17 blocks, it includes tennis, basketball, playground equipment, baseball field, bocce, horseshoes,volleyball court,crabbing dock, fishing pier,windsurfing,kayaking area, dog park, and great sunsets for all to enjoy on their benches overlooking the bay. We are located in a quiet part of the Island, so walking, jogging, biking, rollerblading is peaceful, and a nice way to get around GREEN. Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven is a must for families with children. Across from the park there is Bay Village, with over 20 shops:B.V. Bob's,B.V. Pizza,B.V.
