Deposit Requirements

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $250.00 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. We cannot guarantee or block the dates on the availability calender until your security deposit is received.

Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided there are no damages to the property and no policy violations.

Rental Policies

Available for Year Round Rental. Min 2 night stay. Holidays and October require a 3-4 night min stay.

Refund Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

30 or more days prior to arrival:
Full refund of rental deposit

Less than 30 days but at least 14 days:
Loss of ½ of the rental deposit ($125.)

Less than 14 days but at least 7 days:
Loss of full rental deposit ($250.)

Less than 7 days of arrival date:
Loss of Full rental (but security deposit returned)

Rates:	$205/Night for a 2 Night Stay or $195/night (3 night min) (excluding Holiday Weeks & October) $1170/week (includes Free Night) October (Leaf Season): $250/night with a 3 night minimum or $225/night with a 4 night minimum ($1290/week) Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years): $275/night with a 4 night minimum ($1490/week) Valentine Weekend, MLK and Labor Day:: Min 3 nights @ $195/Night Easter, Memorial Weekend or 4th of July: Min 3 nights # $225/night All Rates based on up to 4 guests. Please add $10/night for each guest over 4 or a flat rate of $50 on weekly rentals.
