10% Lodging Taxes, $75 Cleaning Fee for 4 people

$250 Security Deposit required to confirm reservations - does not go towards rental fees and is refundable

6 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving Week & Spring Break

5 night minimum stay during June & July & Christmas Week

4 night minimum stay during the first 2 weeks of August.

3 night minimum stay during New Year's Eve, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day, Easter

2 night minimum stay during all other times

Cancellation Policy:
• For reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, all of your paid Rental Fees will be returned minus a $30 administration charge.
• For reservations cancelled 29 to 7 days prior to arrival, all of your paid Rental Fees will be returned minus $250 of your Security Deposit is forfeited.
• For reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the entire stay.
