This condominium is located in Pelican Landing, a 2400 acre beautifully landscaped community in Bonita Springs.. Residents of the community enjoy a private 34 acre island private beach club in the Gulf for sunbathing, swimming, picnics, and spectacular sunsets. A private boat shuttle goes to the island every hour. Many dolphins, manatees and sea life have been regularly spotted during the short boat ride. Once there, you will find a beach house with showers and restrooms. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Our 2+ bedroom coach home is located in gorgeous Sandpiper Isles and has just been completely redecorated. It is a first floor end unit with tons of windows and plantation shutters throughout. Our floor plan has a totally open kitchen which opens up to the great room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and large master bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be pulled together to create another king-sized bed. There is an open office with a large desk. The lanai can be entered by the great room, office and master bedroom. There is a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa in the great room for 2 more guests. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on the lanai in one of our oversized comfortable resin wicker chairs watching the wildlife along the stream. All the furnishings are done in a tropical motif.
