Breckenridge, Colorado is a 149 year old quaint Victorian town in the Colorado Rockies. There is a wide variety of activities to enjoy. Each year blank canvases of snow become works of art during the Budweiser Select International Snow Sculpture Championships.(1/20/2009-1/24/2009) In its 18th year, artists from all over the world will come and carve twenty-ton, 12-foot-tall blocks of snow into pieces of art using their creativity, inspiration, own two hands and permitted hand tools.
