This home features a large family room with fireplac(gas assist),log beamed ceiling, dining room, fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both w/queen beds,plus sunroom that sleeps 2-4 additional people. Outside enjoy the wrap around porch,the picnic area with a bonfire pit w/firewood supplied that you can have a fire going the entire time your here. The river front is 434ft with step to the dock on the river(in season). Walk the paths, enjoy the river, enjoy the home, or just relax and escape from it all. |

Other Fees & TaxesDeposit Requirements$150.00 security deposit is required and a credit card. Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of any broken or stolen items. Deposit will not be refunded if there is any evidence of smoking or pets on the property.The cleaning fee is included in fees. If the home requires extensive cleaning above and beyond the standard cleaning your deposit will be charge.

If it's golfing your looking for the are a few golf courses within minutes. Shopping is abundant for whatever you may be looking for. The Paddleboat at Maxons runs up the Rock from spring to late fall, and has brunch and dinner rides available. White Pines has horseback riding for the whole family. There is a drag strip for the race fans in Byron. There are many resturants in the area for a variety of different tastes. Two state parks are in the area besides a couple of public parks also. |
