A $150 damage deposit is required with the rental agreement. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure

# Full prepayment is due 14 days prior to arrival
# Check out cleaning required, no garbage is to be left inside the unit. A fee will be charged in addition to the rent. This is for Normal cleaning. Cleaning that requires additional cleaning staff or time will come out of the security deposit.
# Minimum 3 night stay may be required.
# A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
# All rates and taxes are subject to change.
# Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
# No Smoking inside unit. Properly dispose of cigarette butts
# Bring your beach towels, paper products, groceries and portable radio. Bath towels, bed linens and cooking utensils are provided.
# No Pets Allowed, without prior approval and non-refundable pet deposit.
# When moving furniture, please put back when done or it will be viewed as missing.
# PLEASE NOTE: Failure to disclose intent to bring pets onto property, may result in loss of deposit.
UPON DEPARTURE, THIS MUST BE DONE: Please take all trash inside and out and place in the bins provided - or in the trash chute - as indicated on the home instructions in the unit. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start wash cycle. Remove all dirty sheets and towels and place in the laundry room (if no laundry room, please place on the floor) Please lock the unit upon your departure and place the key back inside the lockbox with the code provided at check-in. Turn off all lights and turn AC up to 78 degrees or higher. Pick up animal droppings, cigarette butts and wash most of the towels, leaving the dirty ones in the laundry room. Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of security deposit.

# A 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservation
# For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
# Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
