Bookings are made on a first come first serve
basis. Bookings will be ‘held’ for 5 days. If this contract has not signed and returned or if we have not received the 25% deposit within that time we will clear the calendar and make said dates available again for other renters.

Payment Policies:
The deposit has 3 important functions:
1) It locks in the booking. The spot on the calendar itself is
very valuable and we need to know that people are committed to
booking the property.
2) The properties are very valuable. We need to know that we
have some leverage in the event there is breakage or if something
valuable gets taken. We aren't too concerned with small items
such as a broken glass. We just want to make sure our next
customers have everything they need. For that matter please
let us know if something breaks or disappears. Chances are if
it’s something small we won't charge for it or we will only charge
a small fee to have it replaced.
3) Lastly, we may have to take money out of the deposit for
excessive cleaning. (See details below)

-Total Rental Payment to be paid 30 days prior to stay
-Security Deposit automatically returned within 14 days after stay

Cancellation Policies:
-Security deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled more than
60 days prior to stay
-Security deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 60
days prior to stay
-Rental cost is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 30
days prior to stay
-Refunds of Rental cost or Security deposit are sent no sooner than 45 days after Cancellation.
