It is only 3 minutes from a Wal-Mart Super Store, Publix and Sweet Bay Grocery Stores and many shops and restaurants along Hwy 27. Pool heating is $25/day, if required. Discounts for stays longer than 7 nights. All fees are in US$ and subject to 11% Florida state tax. Deposit Requirements30% Deposit required to secure booking along with a $300 "refundable" Security deposit that will be return within 2 weeks after stay.

Refund PoliciesSecurity deposit to refunded after stay. Initial deposit will be returned, if more than 60 days before stay.
