The large guesthouse has one bedroom and one bathroom and a full kitchen. The bedroom sleeps 2, using either a king or two twin beds. Linens and towels changed every 3 days, daily maid service is optional and requires an extra small fee. |

Deposit Requirements50% deposit due at time of reservation, Balance is
due upon arrival. Reservation will not be held until deposit is received. Rental Policies7 night minimum during high season.
5 night minimum during low season. All prices are in US dollars. Refund PoliciesDeposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs AT LEAST 4
