Nah Ha is our personal residence that we share with the discriminating vacationer on the island of Cozumel.

Nah Ha is Mayan for "House on the Water". We are so close to the ocean, a more appropriate description might be "House in the Water." Nah Ha is one of Cozumel's most prestigious oceanfront residential addresses. This eight story building is home to sixteen luxurious tower residences. A well thought-out floor plan and spectacular views in all directions are only a few of the differentiators of this oceanfront home. Located on the quiet streets and calm waters of the Northwest shore of Cozumel, Nah Ha is about a mile from the town of San Miguel and the Cozumel airport.

This sixth floor, 3 master bedroom, 3.5 bath condo was completed in July of 2006 and measures almost 2550 square feet. It is one of the largest condo residences ever built in Cozumel. Architect and artist owned, no expense has been spared in decorating this private residence.

Nah Ha Unit 602 offers you luxurious accommodations with incredible oceanfront views. Spend time at the beautiful infinity pool, relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, take advantage of the world class snorkeling at your doorstep or simply do nothing and watch the world go by on the expansive balcony. When you are feeling energetic, Nah Ha is only minutes away from fantastic dining, museums, shopping, golf and diving.

There is even a collection of movies and audio CDs for your enjoyment. Take advantage of our "book exchange" with our ever growing collection of books.

Three Master Bedroom Suites

Unlike a lot of condos on the island, all of our bedrooms are oceanfront or ocean-view. None of our bedrooms overlook a busy street or a noisy parking lot. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with original art from local artists. The bedrooms are large, spacious, bright and inviting. Top-of-the-line mattresses combined with the sounds of the water lapping the shore promise you a restful sleep.

Master bedrooms #1 and #2 are directly oceanfront and have premium grade king-size beds, satellite television, and DVD players. You can literally lay in bed and watch the cruise ships sail across the horizon. These two bedrooms have huge private baths complete with granite counter tops, full-width mirrors, large soaking tubs, showers, and walk-in closets with safes.

Master bedroom #1 has direct access to the private oceanfront balcony via a sliding glass door. Master bedroom #2 offers floor to ceiling windows in three directions.

Master bedroom #3 has ocean and jungle views via two large windows and comes with two twin beds that is convertible to a king size bed. It has its own private bath complete with walk-in closet, spacious granite counter tops, a full width mirror and a large tile walk-in shower.

Hair dryers, hand/shower soaps, towels and linens are provided in all bathrooms.
Kitchen and Dining

The spacious kitchen is state-of-the-art. Rich maple cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless appliances all blend for a truly magnificent space. It is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner range top and oven, dishwasher, full size microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee. The windows in the kitchen provide incredible sunrise views of the jungle to the east. Turn around and face the West and blue Caribbean waters will greet you.

The drawers are stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The cabinets are full of dishes, bowls and glassware. Bottled water and purified ice are as close as the refrigerator door and are included in the rental.

The dining area has a custom made glass table that comfortably seats eight people. Again, spectacular views of the Caribbean are available while enjoying your meal.
Balcony

Our large, private balcony flows smoothly from the living room and master bedroom. Resort quality patio furniture provides dining for four. Chaise lounges allow you to simply relax and watch the cruise ships sail across the horizon. In the evenings, watch the sun set over the town of Playa del Carmen on the mainland. At dusk, watch the lights on the mainland begin to twinkle as the waves gently lap onto shore. Stargaze or check out the cruise ships as they pass by with our tripod mounted telescope.
Pool Area

Snorkel or dive into the ocean, relax in our infinity or enjoy a cool beverage in the Jacuzzi. The pool is open 24 hours a day. Pool level restrooms and showers are provided.

Dive Gear Storage

For the diver, we offer a large, secure & ventilated ground floor storage unit (bodega) to store and hang your wet dive gear or your rental bicycle. We highly encourage you to use this convenient space. There's no need to haul your wet gear upstairs. Water hoses just outside the bodega allow you to thoroughly clean your gear.
Activities

There is so much to do in Cozumel, but you can always do nothing and watch the world go by.

Getting around Cozumel is very easy and almost impossible to get lost. However, for the uninitiated, we do supply an assortment of custom maps in the condo for your use.

Beach Hopping

No trip to Cozumel would be complete without driving around the island and visiting the numerous beaches and beach bars, better known as palapa hopping. In the condo, you will find a list of beaches we recommend, as well as island maps to assist you in navigating your way around. Discount coupons are also in the binder.

Want to stake out your own private beach area? No problem. We provide you with coolers and cozies to make the trip more enjoyable. All you need to bring is a beach towel.

Authentic Mexican Dining

You will find some of the best meals ever within a few blocks of the town square. There are simply too many good restaurants to visit in one week. In our condo you will find our personal restaurant reviews, along with town maps you can take with you as you explore the island and town of San Miguel. Thinking about staying at an all inclusive? Don't cheat yourself out of some of the best dining on the island.

Dive Trips and Snorkeling

Right off of Nah Has pool, and depending on seasons, you will see stingrays, lobsters, an assortment of eels and numerous fish. Check to see which way the current flows and then start in the opposite direction. 90% of the time the current flows to the North. For even more snorkeling fun, walk down the street a few blocks and jump in the water. The lazy current will carry you back to Nah Ha Condominiums in 15-20 minutes. Night snorkeling at Nah Ha is incredible! In the afternoons, keep your eyes peeled for schools of dolphin and sailfish.

We even supply snorkeling gear at no charge.

Golf

The Jack Nicklaus designed golf course is partially visible from our kitchen window. The Cozumel Country Club is a public course and is owned and managed by ClubCorp International, the prestigious golf resort company well-known for Pinehurst, the Homestead and almost 200 other properties.

The 6,734-yard, par-72 course, winds around trees, mangroves and wetlands, incorporating the natural habitats of the island. In the process, there are significant carries over marshy areas, water hazards, and craters created in construction when limestone and coral rock was quarried to construct elevation for the course. It is a challenging and beautiful course. It features a restaurant, pro shop and golf carts.

Other Activities

Our bilingual property manager at Cozumel Seaside Retreats will be happy to coordinate any activity for you such as deep sea fishing, bone fishing, exploring the ruins, palapa hopping around the island, shopping downtown, glass bottom boats, submersibles, snorkeling tours, para sailing, cooking schools, visiting the museum, and art galleries to name a few. Day tours on the mainland include natural water parks, numerous large Mayan ruins, cenote trips, etc. You may also want to try check out Cozumel Tours website for discounts and more information on any of the above activities.
