This is definitely the Florida Pool Home for you! Our Sandy Ridge Vacation Home in Davenport offers free high speed wireless connection for your laptop, a 42" LCD HDTV in the living room, a full size formal dining room that seats 8 people, there is a 19" LCD TV with DVD in each bedroom, a Winnie The Pooh themed bedroom with two twin beds for the little ones, and a constant Nautical theme throughout the downstairs living room area with double sliding glass doors leading to the tranquil patio & covered area featuring a screen enclosed pool & spa with a child safety fence & patio furniture. The Bedding Arrangements are: Master Bedroom #1: King Bed Master Bedroom #2: Queen Bed Bedroom #3: Two Twin beds Bedroom #4; Two Twin Beds themed Winnie the poo. Sleeps 8 people maximum including children. Strictly no pets & no smoking! Amenities in our villa are as follows: Cable TV, VCR/ DVD, Cooking Range, Dishwasher, Telephone, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Refrigerator & Freezer with Ice Maker, Washer & Dryer, , Iron & Ironing Board, Towels, sheets, linens, pillows, Private Swimming Pool, Pool Furniture, Optional Pool Heat In The Winter, Central Heat/Air, Double Garage. |

Deposit Requirements100.00 GBP or $150 USD - deposit is not refundable, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival, cancellations with less than a 30 day advance notice are not refundable.
Security Deposits Required: There is a 175.00GBP or $250.00USD security deposit required in the form of a check, or you may pay this by credit card online via PayPal. This deposit is refundable within 14 days of your departure if you follow the departure details and requirements noted in the property notebook supplied in the home by our management company. Policies: No Pets, Strictly no smoking, you must follow pool safety rules and all rules posted in the property notebook supplied by our management company. Check in via lock box at the front door of the villa. Directions to our villa and a key code for your entry will be provided to you once your balance is paid in full; but no sooner than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Our Management Company (which is right down the road) has a 24/7 emergency # which will be provided on your directions. Check In Time: 4PM or Later: Departure Time: 10AM Rental PoliciesThere is a 100GBP or $150USD Non refundable payment required to secure your dates, this payment is of course subtracted from your total with your balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
