Cancellation Charges - the client may cancel the booking at any time after conformation. The following cancellation charges will apply.
Period before occupancy date:
More than 10 weeks……Deposit forfeited.
Between 4 and 10 weeks……50% forfeited.
Less than 28 days…… Total cost forfeited.
