floor, with  panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, City and
Intercoastal  Waterway.   

South East unit is warm and gets plenty of sunlight and is
most  desirable.   Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sunrise over
the ocean and Sunsets over the waterway. Two balconies,
one overlooking the ocean and the  other overlooking the
river.

Great unit for people with allergies - no carpet or pets in
unit.
