One king size bed, three double beds and 2 single upper bunk beds. • Two full bathrooms. The upper floor bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. • Two wood burning fireplaces. • Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and BBQ. • All dishes and paper products supplied. • Satellite TV and DVD player • Walkout basement has a ping-pong table • Washer and dryer • All linens are included except for pool/beach towels. • Propane barbeque • Lawn chairs and outdoor fire pit • Pets welcome with security deposit • Children welcome • Parking in driveway for three vehicles |

Deposit Requirements$200 security deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to rental.
Rental Policies3 day minimum stay. Renters must have an adult 25 years of age or older.
Refund PoliciesIn the event of a cancellation all funds will be returned subject to a $50.00 processing fee if we are able to rebook.
