Foxhall is beautifully positioned just 5 minutes walk to the beachfront, 5 minutes walk to the Çaliş Resort, Fethiye is 10 minutes by car. This apartment is privately owned, tastefully decorated and set in lovely landscaped gardens with a large communal swimming pool where you can admire the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the stretch of coastline before you. There is also a children's pool and gardens, offering plenty of room to sunbathe or relax. The local area is flat and the apartment is located on the first floor affording an easy access to the recreation area. |

| All the rooms have A/C and the lounge has a satellite TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, cooker, electric oven/grill, fridge and washing machine. Terrace area overlooking the pool side can be accessed from both the lounge and the kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds, all bedrooms equipped with veneered wardrobes, vanity units and bedside cabinets. Bathroom is situated between the bedrooms with a shower, wc and a wash hand basin. The property has just been completed, is in spotless condition and the owners take pride in maintaining high standards. The owners have an English-speaking representative locally who is able to deal with any problems if they arise. |
