Our 2br/2ba Condo is DIRECTLY on the Gulf in one of the newest buildings in Gulf Shores on West Beach. We have 2 king sized beds and a sleeper sofa, so we sleep 6 comfortably. We have just upgraded the furniture in the living room and have a 2 tv's -- on in the living area and one in the masterbedroom (which is also directly on the gulf)... You will love our premium bedding, cleanliness of our condo, and also all the extras that come with it. Our condos come with beach towels and beach chairs (we actually give you a key to the owners closet so if you want to bring a bike, there's a place to store it, too!)...This condo is furnished as a true second home, and we know you'll love it. |

Rental PoliciesFull prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Check out cleaning required ($75) , maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 3 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. No Smoking No Pets Allowed
Refund Policies# A 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservation
