| Family Room The family room with patio door access to the pool has cool clean tiled floors. It also has ceiling fans which can be used in addition to the air conditioning. This room also features a large TV with cable, DVD player and films, X Box and games. Lounge & Formal Dining room The lounge and formal dining room have high vaulted ceilings which create a pleasant spacious feeling to the area. This area provides a nice quiet place for the adults to relax away from the kids. Patio doors lead out onto the sun deck. Kitchen The modern kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. A separate laundry room comprises a large American style Washing Machine and separate Tumble Dryer Vacuum Cleaner and Iron and Ironing board. Master Bedroom The master bedroom is en-suite and has just been redecorated with new top quality bedding, new lamps, pictures etc. and features a 25\ television with Cable TV, Telephone, Alarm Clock, ceiling fans, a Queen sized Double Bed. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, separate large oval bath, and his and hers, washbasins . This bedroom has large windows overlooking the pool deck. Bedrooms The second bedroom has a double bed, TV and adjacent shower room with access directly to the pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms both feature two single beds ideal for the children. Pool Our pool which is the largest size available, features a large sun deck and is positioned in such a way that it receives sun all day long. We have a large covered lanai which provides shade for the children if it is too hot this is the perfect place to sit and relax and to eat breakfast and lunch in the open air. |
