Deposit RequirementsA one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation. For muliple rooms we require current credit card(s) to secure your reservation for each room.
Rental PoliciesWe will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked to call our reservations office or request our hotel form, to provide a credit card to secure your reservation with a 1 night deposit, including tax for each room booked per week.
Refund PoliciesA 14 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. *21 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks.
