A $750 security/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy. A $300 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to each rental agreement.

Minimum 30 day rentals are required. A deposit of $1,000 and a signed rental agreement will reserve requested dates. The balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. The rental rates include electricity usage of up to $250/month. Should the usage exceed that amount, the difference will be retained from the security deposit.

Cancellations received 90 or more days before the occupancy date will result in a refund of all monies on deposit. Cancellations occurring 89 to 31 days will forfeit 5% of the base rental. Cancellations occurring less than 30 days will result in a forfeit of the $1,000 deposit. If we are able to rent for a portion or all of the the cancelled period, we will refund on a pro-rata basis for the occupied period.
