We've brought the tropics inside with stenciled palm trees and bright flowers. Now when you are inside, you'll feel like you are outside among our banana trees and tropical foliage. Our fully equipped, smoke-fee, one bedroom, one bath, private direct oceanfront third floor condo commands a magnificent panoramic view of the deep blue ocean. Direct your eyes downward from the lanai to the pool, which is equally as blue as the ocean. Have your breakfast on the lanai while watching the sunrise over the majestic Haleakala volcano while you mentally plan your lazy day. There are 41 units in our condo complex which is surrounded by the ocean and adjoins a 700 acre wetland, Kealia Wildlife Refuge, that is a preserved National Wildlife Refuge. Our condo is tastefully decorated in Pier I style and has everything you can imagine to make your vacation extremely comfortable. |

| In the summer months you can relax right on the lanai and let the surfers entertain you, or walk a block to the Ma'alaea Harbor and board one of the many boats available to take you out into the Harbor for a snorkeling trip. In the winter there's the humpback whales ready to entertain. There is a small sandy beach right in front of the condo complex and at the end of our dead-end road there is a four-mile beach that awaits your laziness. On your five-minute walk to the beach, you will be greeted by the friendliest people you can meet--hellos and smiles will be abound. The bedroom features a Queen bed, futon in living room acts as a comfortable couch as well as extra sleeping space (in fact many guests have slept on this couch at night to hear the sound of the waves breaking as they fall asleep), Cable TV in Living Room and there's a TV in the bedroom set up for DVD movies, Stereo, CD Player, Full Gourmet Kitchen new pots and pans, Under the counter microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Telephone with Answering Machine, Coffee Grinder, Alarm Clock, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board.
