This 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house sleeps 4 adults and is located in South Kihei across from Maui Meadows in a residential neighborhood on a large 1/4 acre lot. It's less than a mile to nice sandy beach good for swimming, snorkeling and sun bathing, Kamaole Beach Park III. Guests enjoy the luxury of new top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses, down comforters and pillows, and 600-thread count sheets. It has a private entrance and garden patio, complete with a BBQ and wonderful soothing garden chimes. This home has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, AC, and a private washer and dryer. It's close to shopping, dining and entertainment, and has free off-street parking. The home is near an important road, but with the windows closed and AC on you will hardly notice the little bit of road noise. Boogie boards are provided for endless fun in the sun. |

Other Fees & TaxesDeposit RequirementsA $500 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.
Rental PoliciesAll rates subject to 11.416% State Tax.
20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival $75 Exit Cleaning Fee, maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 3 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. No Smoking No Pets Allowed Refund PoliciesA 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservation.
