Maui Vista - This lovely, air-conditioned one-bedroom condo that sleeps 4 is very close to the beach, yet it has the best rates on the island! It is in beautiful Kihei -only a 25-minute drive from the airport. It is just steps away from a gorgeous white sand beach, which many consider one of the best in Maui. It is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and just a few minutes drive to historic Wailea and several wonderful golf courses. It's great for families! Our website has a video of our beach, and many nice testimonials! This unit is on the first floor with a lovely, large, tropical yard just outside the private patio or 'lanai'- great for kids to play on. Sit on the 'lanai', sip drinks, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! It is perfect for entertaining or just lounging in the sun. Savor the beautiful, scenic surroundings from your own patio. It's a wonderful way to get away, and relax! Kamaole Beach (shown in our pictures) is a fantastic beach, and is only 1 block away - just a few minutes walk. This is a popular, beautiful, white sand, swimming beach. It has warm, clear, turquoise blue water, with gentle waves. It's great for swimming, and for children. It's a perfect place to sit back, and savor the magnificent ocean view! The sunrise and sunset on the beach are magnificent! It sleeps four, two in the bedroom and two on the pull out couch in the living room. One of the 3 fresh water pools is less than 100 feet away. The Maui Vista complex has 6 tennis courts, outdoor gas barbeques, and 7 acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. There are many fun activities on Maui, it's a great vacation spot! |

| The condo is ready for your full enjoyment of this tropical paradise! It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Other amenities include: Patio with furniture (lounger, table and chairs), boogie boards, beach mats, some snorkeling equipment, coolers, beach chairs, books and games. Air Conditioning / Ceiling fans Phone works through the Internet - Use of phone- 15 min. of long distance free (with answering machine) and Internet UNLIMITED. Tennis, swimming, biking, hiking, sightseeing, snorkeling, scuba diving, golfing, shopping, water-skiing, boating, boogie boarding, surfing, parasailing, horseback riding, golf, basketball gym, miniature golf, cinemas, fishing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, fitness center, sailing & luaus. People come to Maui for beaches and watersports - the island has some of Hawaii's best windsurfing and boardsurfing, as well as plenty of good swimming, snorkeling and bodysurfing. The average ocean temperature is 75 to 80 degrees. Kihei is on the drier and wamer side of the island. The average rainfall is 16 inches a year. Kamaole I beach is across the street- one of the best in Maui! The water is turquoise blue, with gentle waves. It's perfect for kids. Surfing is good at Maalaea Pipeline, on the southern side of Maalaea Bay- one of the world's top 10 areas. This is only a short drive from the condo. Beginning surfers can take lessons in Kihei, a short distance away. The best diving & snorkeling is the sunken volcanic crater of nearby Molokini, where fish are tame and the water is very clear. For beach snorkeling, the easily accessible Black Rock at Kaanapali is good. There is also snorkeling at the beaches in Kihei, and nearby Wailea. There are many different snorkeling and scuba boat trips out of nearby Maalaea, as well as dinner, sunset, and cocktail sailings. Although the water's the place to be on Maui, there's also a lot to do inland. Haleakala National Park has some incredible hiking through its volcanic crater, and the whole island has many nature walks. Haleakala is also popular with horseback riders, and cyclists enjoy coasting 38 miles down the steep mtn. You can hang-glide from Haleakala to the coast, a beautiful descent of nearly 10,000’. | |||
