Cleaning fee of US$ 75 (£38) due for bookings of 4 days or less. (Cleaning fee included for bookings of 5 days +)

Deposit Requirements

US$ 150 (£100) and booking form required to secure booking dates. Balance payable 10 weeks to arrival date.

Security Deposit (processed as credit card "swipe" by Management Agency on collection of keys). Guest signs agreement that in the event of damage a deduction of £250 maximum may be made from that credit card.
