| This comfortable and tastefully furnished townhome has three en-suite bedrooms which sleep 6 people: a master on the lower level with a king bed and two bedrooms on the upper level, one queen and one with two twins. All beds have Westin Heavenly mattresses. The townhome has high ceilings throughout, magnificent views, two large balconies both with patio furniture, and an attached two car garage with remotes. There is a living room, dining room, laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer and completely outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. There is a 32” LCD TV in the living room, flat screen TVs with DVD in every bedroom, internet connection and unlimited phone use within the U.S. Upon entering Legacy Villas at La Quinta, you will see the beautiful 11,000 sq. foot Clubhouse, which includes a cafe, state-of-the-art heath/fitness facility, adult pool and spa, family pool and spa, lap pool, cabanas, hammock garden, meeting rooms, gas barbecues and outdoor fireplaces. |
