The ocean is just a few steps away making swimming, snorkeling, surfing, sailing and sunning the ultimate convenience. There is an un-obstructive view both up and down the golden sandy beach, north and south, and the night it feels as though the ocean is under your doorstep (while safely on the second level). Look for sea turtles, dolphins and whales to swim by as the sun slowly sets colorfully into the Pacific Ocean. MauiGold is a multi-million dollar view that is unmatchable. |

Other Fees & Taxes# A courtesy 24-hour hold is provided for all reservations without penalty for cancellation or changes.
# A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations. # For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. # Cancellations received 00 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee # A $50 fee may be applied to any changes to reservations Deposit RequirementsA $1000 refundable damage deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival. If the property is left in good condition, then the damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.
