We welcome you to be our guests at our clean, cheery three bedroom condo at the Lake of the Ozarks. This condo looks right out on the main channel of the lake and features a screened deck where you can take in the view.

Our Lake of the Ozarks condo accommodates up to 8 with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, a second king in another bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedrooms. The queen size sleeper sofa sleeps 2. There are two bathrooms.

The condo is fully furnished with premium towels and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. You'll just need to furnish the food.

There are two pools on the property. Both offer great lake views and ample room to enjoy the sun.

Our condo is located on the Lake of the Ozark's north shore. This is a great vacation rental location easily accessible to Rt. 54. You can be at shopping, restaurants and attractions within 10-20 minutes.

There is one designated parking space for the unit. Additional parking is available, but are not designated spaces.

Deposit Requirements

$200 Security Deposit plus 1/2 the rental fee required to secure the reservation.

Rental Policies

In Season (May 1 - Sept. 30) there is a 3 night minimum. Primary renter must be 25 or more years old.

Refund Policies

100% refund when cancellation occurs greater than 30 days in advance of arrival.
