Our condo is conveniently located off Route 1 between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is perfect for family vacations, attending local events, and/or quick weekend get-a-ways! Let us take the challenge out of “How to make this vacation different?” We will exceed each and every expectation you have because it is priority number one. Our condo is comfortably decorated with overstuffed living room furniture, 6 setting dining room table, enclosed wrap around patio, sleeps 4-6 adults, and much more! It is your home away from home! We are just 1/2 mile from the Rehoboth Beach Outlets; four miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and Dewey Beach; 2 1/2 miles to historic downtown Lewes; within 3 miles of kid & family friendly entertainment, including a state-of-the-art waterpark, and minutes from the finest restaurants and entertainment options in the area! Our location offers the best of both worlds in that it is close enough to all major attractions, but at arms length away for a quiet, relax setting! The condo consists of 2 Bed/2 Bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with huge deluxe master bath with garden tub and separate shower and large walk-in closet. The spacious 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with walk-in closet and direct access to full size bathroom. There is NO SMOKING in this unit, and pets are NOT PERMITTED. 27 inch TV and DVD along with Vaulted Ceilings in Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, several sets of glasses, complete set of dinnerware, cooking utensils, and flatware. In addition, there is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience after a long day at the beach. Free Cable and broadband high speed wireless internet connection available. 1 car attached garage with plenty of free parking in the community. Community is luxuriously placed amid 160-acre resort, with fountain ponds, two pools, tennis, and fitness center for nominal fee. Just bring your linens, towels, and all your personal items, and you’re ready to enjoy your vacation. Come relax and enjoy! There is something for everyone: Cape Henlopen State Park, golf courses, 45 min. to Dover Downs, 30 min. to Ocean City, 2 miles to the Nassau Valley Winery; and just 2 hours from DC Metro area or Philadelphia, PA! Family friendly with Mini Golf course,restaurants, water parks,casinos near by,onsite swimming pools, work out facilitiy, relaxing closed in patio, 1 mile away from beachwalk. This property is an absolutely wonderful cost efficient east coast get away it is a North East treasure. | |||
