Located in historic Village of Longboat Key which is a beautiful "old Florida" neighborhood lined with sidewalks, palms and buttonwood trees. Our home is on the bay where we also have a dock for mooring a boat or for fishing! Ours is one of the few homes facing the bay and everyone walks by and comments about our views! A very friendly, safe neighborhood that is vacation/family oriented. |

There are tons of activities depending on your preferences with all water sports, golfing, biking, kayaking, deep sea or bay fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving or just relaxing on the beach. There are also many restaurants within walking distance from the house all offering outdoor dining with views of the bay or otherwise. Lots of great seafood! Sarasota is just a 15 minute drive up the beach with the famous St. Armand's Beach shopping area, Ringling Museum, Mote Aquarium and much more. Anna Maria Island is 15 minutes in the other direction with lots more of "old Florida" style attractions and gorgeous white sand beaches, too! |
