# Dogs allowed with additional charge of 5% per day Deposit Requirements# A $300 damage deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded within 14 days after departure if the property is in good condition and guests abided by the Terms and Conditions.

We allow a maximum of 6 guests for overnight accommodations, and a maximum of 10 people on the property at any given time (guests and visitors combined). Refund Policies# Cancellations accepted up to 30 days before arrival date only.
# For cancellations received within 0-29 days of arrival date, or early departures afterarrival, 100% of payments will be retained. If the property can be rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
