Royal Mountain Lodge comfortably sleeps 12 people in a 5-bedroom/5.5 bath. Each bedroom, two King Suites and 3 Queen Suites, has its own full bath. Each of the Queen suites on the top floor has a built-in twin bed as a window seat overlooking the Lake and mountains. The King suite on the main floor features a 6-ft. jetted garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Step outside on the covered porch and enjoy ample living space with porch swing and 2 rockers. Refund PoliciesWe will give a full refund for cancellation 30 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 14-29 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rent will be refunded. Cancellation 7-13 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit and the rent. All cancellations must be provided in writing by fax, email, or certified mail. There are no refunds for shortened stays or if additional people invoiced decreases from the time of invoice or 14 days prior to reservation.
