Private rear garden overlooks the swimming pool, large patio and BBQ with an undercover area to keep you out of the midday sun. Rear garden includes 2 sun loungers, large garden table with 4 chairs and parasol. BBQ and views of the swimming pool. Open plan living room with dining area to seat 4. Living room has 28" TV with Sky Satellite, DVD, Hi-Fi, 2 sofas, coffee table and fireplace. Patio doors leading to sun terrace, BBQ and rear garden. Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to sun terrace. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. En-suite to bedroom 1 with bath, overhead shower, WC and basin. Bathroom 2 with shower, WC, bidet and basin. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Toaster, kettle and all utensils etc. Fire blanket, extinguisher and smoke alarms. |

The resort is gated with 24hr security and has Wi-Fi internet access throughout. There are tennis and paddleball courts, golf academy and a children's playground, as well as cycle trails and football pitches. Go for a drink in the excellent clubhouse, 'IT' bar or the Spaniards Inn. Try the resorts 'La Hacienda' gourmet restaurant (winner of the prestigious 4 forks award). The superb 18 hole championship golf course is currently the longest course in Spain at 6724 metres and tipped to host the European tour. The course has wonderful wide open spaces and water courses bounded by mature palms, olive and almond trees. There is a 2 tier 36 bay driving range with a 9 hole course, practice greens and bunkers. The Golf Academy has a pro shop, digital swing analyser, equipment and buggy hire. The Mar Menor, bordered by the blue Mediterranean boasts endless sandy beaches and spectacular scenery. This is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon, a delight for water sports enthusiasts. Mazarron boasts some of the best beaches in Spain and as well as the many kilometers of fine unspoilt sandy beaches with safe bathing it has been awarded the coveted blue flag for the cleanest area in Spain. Both areas are less than a 30 minute drive from the resort. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is approx 3 hours driving away. Suitable for skiers and boarders. |
