The 60 sq.m. ground floor apartment boasts a 40 sq.m. balcony overlooking the sea, with a luxurious Jacuzzi for 6 people, seating area and hammocks. The apartment recently underwent a general renovation to include parquet flooring and new plumbing. Everything is new and there is hot water on tap at all times. It has a fully furnished bedroom, modern kitchen and well equipped living room with plasma screen TV with satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. Linens and towels provided. The apartment has an additional separate entrance and private parking. Exit from the building’s corridor directly to the steps leading out to the magical sea. Sleeping arrangements for 6: 1 double bed in the bedroom. 1 double sofa bed in the living room. 2 single sofa beds in the living room. Rates: 150 Euro per night (minimum of 2 nights over a weekend). 1050 Euro per week. |
