Diodati Villas is consisted of three beautiful, luxurious and traditional maisonettes and three separate apartments which are the following: Arion our stone house can accommodate 4 persons and has a kitchen, WC and dining table on the ground floor, bedroom, private bathroom and balcony on the first floor and bedroom and private bathroom on the second floor. Asteria and Aethra, the red and yellow houses can accommodate 4-6 persons and have a kitchen, WC, living room and dining table on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, (one of them with a four poster double bed), 2 private bathrooms and 2 balconies on the first floor. Bellow them there are the three apartments: Triton can accommodate 2 persons and has one big double bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining table and sofa. Semeli and Sibylla can accommodate 4 persons each and have one room with a four poster double bed plus private bathroom, one common space with two single beds, sofa, dining table and kitchen. All maisonettes and apartments are fully equipped, have breathtaking view to the sea and the mountains across, and have free use of the internet, small gym space and parking space. Breakfast is also included in the price. |

All houses have the possibility to accommodate extra persons (depending on the size of each house), with no extra charge. Refund PoliciesCANCELLATION POLICY/CLIENT INFORMATION
1. If cancellation is effected 20 days prior to the arrival, deposit is refunded to the client. 2. If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 20 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay. 3. Diodati Villas Lefkada is situated 1,5km over the village of Nikiana, where you can find places to eat, shop and go to the beach. Lefkada, the capital is a 10min drive and it has plenty of things to offer, from museums, shopping, sailing, wind-surfind, to eating in great restaurants, and a good nightlife. About 10min away from Nikiana there is also the touristic village of Nidri with plenty of water sports, bars, restaurants and small port for boat excursions. |
