may be cancelled by Guest by written notice to Owner. If the cancellation notice is received by Owner more than fourteen (14) days prior to the Arrival Date, Owner shall deduct from the Reservation Fee, and Guest shall forfeit, an amount equal to one (1) night's rental amount (plus applicable taxes), and the remaining balance of the Reservation Fee shall be returned to Guest. If the cancellation notice is received by Owner within fourteen (14) days prior to the Arrival Date, Owner shall retain, and Guest shall forfeit, the entire Reservation Fee. Any amounts retained by Owner pursuant to this Section shall be agreed upon liquidated damages paid in consideration of the execution of this Agreement and in full settlement of all claims on account of such cancellation.
