Located near Disney, this modern 3 Bed Room (1400 Square feet) bungalow with 2 full baths and solar heated pool, holds all the amenities that you would expect to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. This home features a master bedroom with a King sized bed that has a sliding door out to the outdoor kidney shaped pool, which has a full patio set and barbecue. In addition, the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the last bedroom has two single beds. This open concept bungalow has a large living spaces, complete with a pull out sofa bed, sound system, VCR, DVD, and 2 Satellite TVs featuring America's Top 200 channels. The kitchen includes a fridge w. ice maker, Stove (Oven), Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage dispenser, Cooking ware and Eating utensils. In addition there is Washer and Dryer. This Villa is extremely clean and well maintained by a local and licensed property management "Pereira's Private Villas". Bed sheets and towels are provided and pool being cleaned each week. Also there are City garbage pickups on Tuesday and Friday morning. Located within few minutes from the Villa you will find gas stations, supermarkets, wide variety of restaurants, fast food places, hotels and many stores including shopping malls. The Pool is heated by 4 Solar Panels (4x12ft.long) and pool heat cover / Blanket is provided to heat the pool during the winter at no extra cost. Auxiliary Electric Pool heat is available to keep the water temp. above 80 deg. F. during cold and cloudy winter days. This cost extra $18/day or $120/week. A provisional booking can be made via the telephone or email. This will be held for up to 3 working days, or as agreed by the Owner at the time of making the provisional booking, but unless the $100 deposit or full payment is received the reservation will be cancelled. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the villa booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $200 Security Deposit is required with the payment balance and will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and checked for damage or loss of property. The person making the reservation is responsible for any damage as deemed by the property manager, to be over and above normal wear. Rental PoliciesBooking Acceptance The booking acceptance is based on a first come first serve basis ".
Primary preference is given to those who rent from Saturday to Saturday, 1 week or longer. Secondary preference is from Sunday to Sunday. The last is for any midweek booking, any days (Min. 4 days) pending negotiation and confirmation from Owner. Refund PoliciesIf you wish to cancel the whole or part of the booking, after it is confirmed, owner must be informed by E-mail or in writing.
A cancellation charges will apply at the time of notification. • More than 8 weeks before arrival - $100 Deposit only. • 8 weeks to 6 weeks – 50 % of total rental price. • 6 weeks to 4 weeks – 75 % of total rental price • 4 weeks or less – 100 % of total rental price. Owners Web Site |
