This newly remodeled and stylishly furnished 2700 sq. ft. home comes with a fully equipped kitchen as well as wonderful linens and plenty of pool towels. All you need to bring is family or friends and your own suntan lotion! By day, enjoy the views of the lush backyard, pool and spa from practically every room in the house. In the evening, kick back in the hammock to watch the sun set behind Mt. San Jacinto and enjoy casual indoor/outdoor dining and entertaining. The newly re-done pool and spa is surrounded by plenty of comfortable lounge furniture with a mist system to keep you cool and comfortable and an optional child safety fence that is available upon request. Notable unique features include a huge step down living room with soaring beam ceilings and dramatic stone fireplace. Other Fees & TaxesRates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees
are included in the rental rate. Deposit RequirementsA damage/reservation deposit of $800.00 is
required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. Rental PoliciesAn advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required
60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Kevin Jobe. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. Refund PoliciesA sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
