This Conco Features a Full Unobstructed View of the Crystal Blue Gulf Waters and the Beautiful White Sand Beaches of Panama City Beach! This fully furnished condo has just been completely redecorated including tile floors throughout. The condo also has an extremely comfortable Queen Size Bed and 2 full size futons, making it very comfortable for 4-5 Adults. You will find the little things that make it nicer on vacation and you hope to find on vacation, but sometimes don't. I have things like an iron and ironing board, a blowdryer, etc... The complex is extremely well maintained and has many nice amenities. You will love the large swimming pool, kiddie pool, poolside snack bar, 2 story sun deck, grilling area, exercise room, game room, shuffleboard, and the lounge area on the beach. The complex is also very close to incredible restaurants, night clubs, golfing, water sports, fishing charters, and shopping. |

Other Fees & TaxesThe only fee not paid to me will be the parking pass fee of $15 that will cover your entire stay regardless of how long it is.
Deposit RequirementsVacation time will be blocked off immediately and a $100 deposit will be done as a confirmation.
Rental PoliciesCleaning fee $50. Linens and towels provided, but please bring extras if needed. One Queen bed and two Full-size futons. Weekly rentals are based on a Sat. to Sat.stay. Check-in 3 pm, check-out 10 am.
