Royal Park is a small tranquil village situated in a local area of Jomtien Beach. Two storey home has 5generous size bedrooms, all rooms have king size beds. Master bedroom is upstairs has en suite and an amazing deck which overlooks the city lights of Pattaya. Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and also has a balcony wich overlooks the pool. Th Property is decorated with traditional Thai style teak furniture. Open plan kitchen with granite bench tops and breakfast bar which seats 4. Dining and living areas open onto a covered deck and a sprawling 16 metre salt water pool and garden area. (The pool is shared with one other holiday home). The pool area is secure for the safety of children. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans installed throughout. The property is approx 10 minute drive to Jomtien Beach and the entertainment of Pattaya. So many options to explore in this area, beaches, zoos, golf, microlight airfields, shopping, entertainment, fitness, sports, massage and of course the Thai food. |

Other Fees & TaxesDeposit Requirements$350 security/damage deposit paid upon booking. Funds paid upon arrival and will be refunded on day of departure providing no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
Rental PoliciesMinimum stay 4 days
Refund PoliciesIf cancellation occurrs all funds wil be refunded (less bank charges). 10% will be held if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
