Unbelievable views in every direction, the privacy of being on the tip of the penisula with water all around, relax on the pier or at the pool or on the large porches of the condo. Explore the jungle, the caves, the Mayan ruins, the mountains, the Caribbean and all that it has to offer. Unit #5 is a downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the middle building with excellent views and 1674 sq ft. There are 3 buildings with only 4 units each and no shared walls. Every room in the unit has french doors opening to an outside porch with spectacular views of the Carribean, lagoon and Mayan Mountains. Open all of the doors and let the breeze run through! The bathrooms have individually picked Mexican painted sinks and tiles with a garden tub in the master bath. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes and untensils provided. Washer and dryer are also furnished. All linens included. TV (no cable) with DVD player and CD/MP3/Radio in living room. Custom made mahogany, teak and bamboo furniture throughout. Queen bed in master, queen and adult sized bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. |

Deposit RequirementsGuest agrees to pay Manager the amount of actual damages to the Property arising from use of the Property, as well as for missing items, excessive clean-up and, if necessary, the cost incurred in removing Guest from the Property. Pre-payment of security deposit may be required for multi-week stays and pets.
