A bright beach house secluded on a quiet, dead-end street in the heart of old Florida at Indian Pass, near Cape San Blas.

Located halfway between Apalachicola and Port St. Joe, but just a stone's throw from St. Vincent's National Wildlife Refuge and St Joseph Peninsula State Park. Fishing is good, shelling is great, or just sit on the screened front porch or two open decks and watch the shrimp boats in the Gulf of Mexico.

Seaside Serenity is a 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a queen size bed and the third room has two twins. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is home is about 500 feet away from the beach with easy access.

Short distance to Indian Pass Boat Ramp with access to St. Vincent Island. Also a short distance to world famous Indian Pass Rawbar.
