• 50% of rental fee required to secure booking.
• Refundable breakages deposit of £300 or EUR 400
required, to be refunded within two weeks of your
departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). We
expect guests to leave the Villa in a clean and tidy
condition.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion
but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Prices are for the villa to sleep up to 8 specified people
(plus a baby in an additional cot), on a self-catering basis
and include all bills of electricity, water, air-conditioning,
bed linen, bath towels, a welcome pack with some tasty
local necessities and quality wine to start you off, detailed
guidance for your trip from the airport and meeting you in
Porto Rafti to take you to your villa.
Change over day is flexible. Short stays of 3-4 nights are
charged at one fifth of the weekly rate per night.
Special offers and discounts apply to all our guests for
repeat bookings, also for large groups and certain periods
of the year, please enquire.
Additional services at a charge, on request: daily maid or
cleaning at your request, shopping prior to arrival, baby
sitting, cooked meals on your arrival or for any occasion,
etc.
