This condo has the best of both worlds. We are located just 20 miles west of St. Ignace. Quiet Brevort Village location yet 20 miles to Mackinac Island Ferries and within one hour to major UP attractions. Condo has 2 floors with 2,000 square feet. Very comfortable living with lots of art work. As owners, we live here for much of the year. Therefore we don't scrimp on things like linens, pots and pans, glassware,etc. |

Deposit Requirements30% of the base rent must be received by Vacation Mackinac at the time of booking. If paying by other means than credit card, payment must be received by agent within 7 days of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. We will mail, fax or email a lease for you to sign and return with a personal check, cashiers check or money order, if not paying by credit card. Please call or email in case of delay or questions.**Exception: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking and all monies paid are non-refundable at that time.

Refund PoliciesFor a full refund of monies (less $150.00 processing fee), cancellations must be in writing and received 60 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation after that will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be given for early check-outs or no-shows.

We are located just 20 minutes west of ferries to Mackinac Island. (listed as a "must see" by travel and tourist groups.) St. Ignace has nightly fireworks, entertainment on the main dock, historic museums and sites, fishing, boat tours, casino, restaurants,taverns,and unique gift shops. We are one hour to Taquemenon Falls, Soo locks,and Pictured rocks. Come "home" to comfort, beauty and a quiet retreat. |
