This agreement is cancelable by either party with a written notice SIXTY (60) days prior to arrival. The 25% advance payment will be refunded less a 5% cancellation fee. Should cancellation be made within 60 days of arrival, payment is nonrefundable unless Manager is able to re-rent the premises as the same price.
