Refund PoliciesReservations/Payment
We prefer that reservations are made no later than two weeks in advance of the initial date of the intended stay. The total rental fee is due at the time of the reservation. A full refund less a $30 cancellation fee will be made if cancellation is one week prior to arrival date. Cancellation/Refund If you cancel after the one week prior to your arrival date you will be refunded one-half the total rental fee, less a $30 cancellation fee, EXCEPT on the following holiday weekends: New Year's Eve/Day (whenever it occurs), Christmas Eve/Day (whenever it occurs), Labor Day weekend, and Memorial Day weekend. OR, if you cancel on any of the scheduled days of your arrival, no money will be refunded, but you will be able to re-schedule another weekend/time period at no additional expense. Owners Web Site |
