Rental PoliciesADVANCE PAYMENT -- Full payment less the 20% advance deposit for reservations of three days up to two weeks is due upon arrival, before receipt of keys. “Last-minute” renters may be received upon a cash only basis.NO SMOKING, NO LIT CANDLES OR USE OF FIREPLACES FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Refund PoliciesCANCELLATIONS – Cancellation at any time does not affect the 20% non-refundable deposit, unless official advisories are issued urging persons not to travel due to hazardous conditions. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
