50% of your total fees are due at reservation. Your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel 45 days prior to your reservation, full refund will be issued, less a $100 administration fee. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will loose your deposit and balance. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
